When last did you Knack?

“Knacking” is a highly popular Nigerian slang term for having sex
It carries the exact same meaning as the previous topic, just expressed in everyday Pidgin English or casual street language.

What to Consider About “Knacking” Frequency:
  • No Rules: There is no “correct” number of times to knack per week.
  • Agreement: The best frequency is whatever you and your partner both agree on.
  • Energy: Daily life, heavy traffic, and work stress in Nigeria can lower your energy for it.
  • Communication: Talking openly with your partner about your desires prevents frustration.

The way this topic is broken down is funny but very real. In Nigeria, especially with Lagos traffic and the constant hustle to survive inflation, energy for ‘knacking’ is the first thing to vanish. By the time you get home at 10 PM, the only thing you want to knack is sleep

Using the slang makes a serious health and relationship topic digestible. We don’t talk enough about sexual compatibility in Nigeria because of religious and cultural ‘shyness,’ but having no ‘correct’ number is a truth many couples need to hear to stop comparing themselves to others
