Rat in A Newly Prepared Pot of Stew

what would you do if you find yourself in this type of situation? Rat in a newly preparedl pot of stew?

Please, I know things are incredibly expensive right now, but do NOT eat that stew. Lassa fever is real and deadly. Boiling does not make a rodent-contaminated meal safe. Pour it out, wash the pot with bleach, and fumigate your kitchen.

Public health warning: Rat urine contains leptospira bacteria. If you consume this, you are risking severe food poisoning or worse. Your life is worth far more than the cost of tomatoes and vegetable oil

The rat didn’t just kill itself; it committed economic sabotage. To throw away a whole newly prepared pot of stew right now is like throwing away a significant chunk of your monthly salary.

Ah! My grandmother used to say ‘wetin no kill you go make you fat.’ But with the type of corporate rats we have in Lagos these days? Abeg, throw the whole thing away. The rats of today are carrying biochemical weapons.

The rat looked at the inflation in the country, saw the price of meat, and decided to upgrade itself into the main protein of the stew. It wanted a premium burial inside tomato puree! 😭
