Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $3 – 4 USD per hour (PAID IN USD)
• Schedule: 40–45 hours per week (may include weekends)

• Handle calls for US-based campaigns (lead generation, appointment setting, and sales)

• Excellent English proficiency with a neutral, American-friendly accent
• Previous call center experience (sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred)
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working performance-based campaigns
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup
